What you know
In person
Discord, streams, and death-screen info stay out of character.
If you are hunting a loophole, you already know the answer.
Staff read these rules by intent. A Discord note can clarify wording until this page is updated. Clarifications are not secret rules invented after a scene that was played in good faith. When a server rule and a law disagree, play it so the scene stays fair: the server rule is what staff enforce.
The person at the keyboard comes first. Character drama never licenses real harm.
Harassment, threats, doxxing, and hate aimed at a real person are a permanent ban. That includes voice, text, Discord, and tickets.
Public voice and text are English so everyone in the scene, including staff, can follow it. A private group may use another language when every person in that scene agrees.
A working mic is required for public roleplay. Text is the backup when voice fails, not a way to skip the scene. Fix it or step out until you can talk.
Out-of-character talk belongs in Discord or a brief local aside. Do not narrate memes, real-world drama, or staff arguments over an active scene.
Sexual roleplay, sexual violence, and torture scenes are not allowed. A threat during a robbery is enough. Dragging a scene out to humiliate someone is not.
Slurs and hate speech out of character are a permanent ban. Prejudice played at a character must never target someone's real identity. Staff can end a scene that stops being playable.
Do not advertise other communities, sell in-game items or currency for real money, or pester staff for roles, items, or unbans in public chat.
You are responsible for anyone on your account. Sharing it to dodge a ban, a New Life, or a custody scene bans every account involved.
Takistan Life is collaborative fiction on Reforger's desert, not a scoreboard. Play a person who can lose.
Your character wants to live, get paid, and go home. If you are outnumbered, outgunned, or already wounded, comply, surrender, or take an exit a real person would actually survive. Bullets are not a suggestion.
A gun on you, a vehicle about to hit you, or a force you cannot win against changes what your character does. Laughing it off and pulling a rifle is fail RP.
Death ends that life. You do not remember who killed you, why, or where the body is. You may not return to loot yourself, identify the attackers, or brief your friends with what the corpse "saw."
Stay away from the scene of your death for 15 minutes. Watching from a ridge and walking back in is the same break. Friends who were not there do not inherit your memory.
Use a name a person in Takistan could carry. No jokes, celebrities, historical punchlines, or copies of staff and other players. Do not impersonate police, medics, or staff with a name or outfit.
You do not decide another player's body, pockets, or choices. Offer the action and let them answer. "/me takes his keys" is not roleplay. A demand they can refuse, fight, or fail is.
If it only happens because this is a video game, don't play it straight. That includes talking about bans mid-scene, ignoring an obvious wound, and using game mechanics as a personality.
You may not wipe someone else's character. Permanent character death is opt-in between the players involved, or a storyline staff have approved. A normal death is New Life, not a deleted person.
If you are down, you stay. Speak only if your character would still be conscious, and keep it quiet. The scene ends when you are revived, arrested, or dead — not when you tab out.
Random deathmatch is the fastest way off the server. Fights start in the fiction.
Lethal force needs a reason the other person can see or hear: a spoken demand, a raised weapon with a clear order, an ongoing crime you are part of, or someone already shooting. Shooting first and explaining later is RDM.
Killing or downing someone with no scene is a serious rule break. Planning it in Discord does not create a scene the victim was in.
New Life wipes the grudge. You may not regroup out of character and roll back to finish the fight, and your friends may not be sent as your memory.
Do not insert yourself into a scene you have no in-character reason to join. Gunfire can justify caution or a call for help. It does not justify a rescue squad that drove across the map because a group chat lit up.
They are still in the scene. Do not execute someone who has surrendered. Do not loot a downed player until the fiction says they are dead or they are under arrest and being searched.
Friendly fire happens once. A pattern of negligent or "accidental" kills is treated as random deathmatch.
Explosives, vehicle bombs, and indiscriminate fire in a settlement are event-level actions. Ask staff before you level a town. A robbery does not need a launcher.
When your character would leave, leave. Do not chain fights until the server is empty, and do not camp a hospital or spawn to restart one.
The desert is mostly road. Cars move stories. They are not a delete key.
Running someone over to win a fight, settle a grudge, or skip an initiation is VDM. Stealing a car can be a crime in the law book. Using it as a weapon is a server rule on top of that.
Police may block or PIT at low speed after the driver has been told to stop and the chase is a real scene. Launching a car off the road at speed is not a traffic stop.
Accidents happen on bad roads. Ramming to trap, pad a kill, or ruin someone's session does not. Patterns get punished even when each hit looks small.
Do not use desync, collision bugs, or unloaded terrain to shove, kill, or escape. If the game breaks under you, stop and report it.
Aircraft and armed military vehicles, when they exist on the server, belong to the roles meant to have them. Joyriding one into a civilian town is both a rule break and a crime.
Start small. Escalate only when the other side does. Police, medics, and criminals all have a size limit.
A stickup is a stickup. Match numbers and weapons to the job. Do not open a market robbery with a squad and a mounted gun.
No more than four attackers. Make a demand that can actually be met. Do not rob the same person again within 30 minutes. Do not rob someone who just spawned or is clearly new and lost.
Hostages are leverage, not a show. State a demand. If it is met, let them go. Move the scene forward within 15 minutes. A met demand followed by an execution is a rule break.
The response matches the call. A shop theft does not pull every officer on the server. A gunfight in Rasman can. Officers still follow initiation, value of life, and the laws they are enforcing.
Medical players prioritize the injured, do not loot, and may refuse a scene that is still hot. Attacking marked medics who are not fighting is a serious rule break.
A dirty deal can be roleplay. Organized corruption, a rogue squad, or a plot that ambushes an on-duty shift needs a staff okay before it starts, so the other players are not blindsided.
Gangs and companies are played in character. Ranks, turf, and alliances are earned on the server. A private chat does not make them facts other players must obey.
You may lie, con, and cut a bad deal in character. You may not duplicate items, fake an admin message, or take payment outside the game.
Staff-marked safe zones — hospitals, fresh spawns, and a designated civic hall — are not hunting grounds. Finish the fight before you cross the line, or drop it.
If your character did not see it, hear it, or get told it in the world, they do not know it.
Discord, streams, the death screen, and staff channels are player knowledge. Using them to find, name, or ambush someone in character is metagaming.
Watching a stream to locate a player, dodge a scene, or win a fight is banned. If you are in their scene, close the stream.
The in-game map is fair. Admin tools, a second account parked on a hill, and outside tools used to track a player are not.
A face, outfit, plate, or name you were given in person is fair game. A Discord nickname or a name you only saw on a scoreboard is not an in-character ID.
Starting a crime only to force a chase, then claiming a rule break when it goes badly, is fail RP. Play the crime, or don't start it.
The server only works if the simulation is the same for everyone.
No cheats, injected scripts, combat macros, or modified clients. This is a permanent ban.
Duplication, economy bugs, and geometry exploits are reported in a ticket, not farmed. Keeping the payout is treated as stealing it.
Quitting or swapping characters to dodge death, cuffs, or a scene in progress is a ban-level offense. A real crash is fine: open a Discord ticket with the time and stay reachable.
Driving out of render, combat logging, or hopping to an alt to skip custody counts the same. Serve the scene.
One life at a time. An alt may not feed your main gear, hold a scene, scout, or interact with your main's story. Staff may ask you to pick one character for the session.
Player reports go through Discord tickets. A clip should show how the scene started, not only the shot. Do not delete evidence after you file.
Argue the ruling in a ticket after the scene. Do not hold the server hostage to win the argument.
If staff rule on a live scene, that ruling stands while you play. Take the disagreement to a Discord ticket with your clip. Do not restart the fight to prove a point.
Do not lie, edit a clip to hide the start of a scene, or pile into a ticket to drown the other side. Appeals go through the Discord appeals channel.
Impersonating staff, faking a warning, or leaking a private ticket is a ban.
Staff follow the same rules when they play. A uniform does not make an in-character crime legal, and a staff decision does not make that staff member a free target out of character.
Reminder, logged warning, kick, temporary ban, permanent ban. Cheating, doxxing, hate, sexual content, and exploit farming skip the ladder. Staff can shorten or lengthen a ban when the clip shows intent.
"I didn't read it" is not a defense. If you are unsure whether a scene is allowed, ask in Discord before you do it.
| Break | Typical result |

| Fail RP or cop baiting | Reminder, warning, or kick |
| Combat logging | Temporary ban, longer each time |
| Exploiting | Permanent ban and removal of the gain |
| Cheating | Permanent ban |
| Harassment, hate, or sexual content | Permanent ban |
| Lying in a ticket | The original punishment stands, and it can be extended |
