Infraction
A fine, a warning, or a confiscation. No custody unless you refuse to deal with it.
Infraction
A fine, a warning, or a confiscation. No custody unless you refuse to deal with it.
Misdemeanor
Fine, short custody, or both. Roadside bail is allowed when nobody was seriously hurt.
Felony
Custody in minutes, played out. Violent felonies are not bought off at the roadside.
Settlements, paved roads, checkpoints, and anywhere an officer can say why they are there. Rasman is the capital and the seat of the court. Garmsar is a patrolled town. Open desert is still under the law when a scene reaches it — a murder outside a town is still murder.
Drive on the right. Settlement limit is 40 km/h. Paved roads are 90 km/h. Off-road has no posted limit; endangering people is still reckless driving.
Issued in character at a civic office, or by a trainer staff have designated. Forged papers are TK-73 plus whatever you were pretending to be allowed to do.
Required for any motor vehicle on a paved road or in a settlement. No license means the vehicle can be impounded.
A holstered pistol, carried for a stated reason. It is not permission to brandish it in a market.
A long gun, slung, outside Rasman and Garmsar. It is not a city carry permit.
Commercial cargo through checkpoints. Officers may ask for the permit and the destination. Hidden cargo is smuggling.
Your name, once the server issues cards. Carry it in a patrolled town. Until cards exist, the name you give when detained is what officers write down.
Required to fly a helicopter or plane once aircraft are open. No license, no joyride over Rasman.
A shop, stall, or named crew selling to the public. One license covers the stall, not every pocket sale between friends.
Mining, logging, or scrapping on marked government ground. Wild desert with no sign is not this permit.
Officers identify themselves when it is safe, say why they stopped you, and play the arrest. A search needs consent, a visible weapon, flight, or an arrest. You may stay silent. You may ask for an advocate. Officers wait up to five minutes. If nobody is available, the arrest continues. Identifying yourself, stating the reason, and limiting a search are procedure. Refusing your name once detained is TK-02.
| Code | Offense | Class | Fine | Custody | In the scene |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| TK-01 | Unlawful stop or search | Misdemeanor | — | Charge the officer, TK-80 | A stop needs a reason you can say. A search needs consent, a visible weapon, flight, or an arrest. |
| TK-02 | Failure to identify | Misdemeanor | 500 TD | 5 min | Refusing your name once you are detained. A citizen card, when the server issues them, ends it. |
| TK-03 | Hands not visible | Infraction | 250 TD | — | Keeping a hand in a pocket, a coat, or behind the back after an officer tells you to show them. One clear order first. |
| TK-04 | Walking off a stop | Misdemeanor | 750 TD | 5 min | Leaving on foot after you were told to stay, but before you were cuffed. A full run after detention is TK-11 or TK-15. |
| TK-05 | Interfering with a search | Misdemeanor | 750 TD | 5 min | Grabbing a bag back, closing a trunk, or stepping between an officer and a lawful search. Asking what they are looking for is not this charge. |
| TK-06 | Failure to comply | Misdemeanor | 500 TD | 5 min | Ignoring a clear, lawful order after you have been told you are detained. |
| TK-07 | False report or false statement | Misdemeanor | 1,000 TD | 5 min | Sending police or medics to a scene you invented, or lying about your name once detained. |
| TK-08 | Impersonating an officer or medic | Felony | 2,500 TD | 15 min | A uniform, badge, or claim of office you do not hold, used to give orders or enter a scene. |
| TK-09 | Bribery | Felony | 2,000 TD | 10 min | Offering or accepting money or gear to drop a charge. Both sides are guilty if the offer is clear. |
| TK-10 | Obstruction | Misdemeanor | 750 TD | 8 min | Physically blocking an arrest, hiding a suspect you know is wanted, or destroying evidence in front of police. |
| TK-11 | Evading | Felony | 2,000 TD | 10 min | Fleeing after a marked officer has told you to stop, on foot or in a vehicle. |
| TK-12 | Resisting arrest | Misdemeanor | 1,000 TD | 8 min | Fighting cuffs after you have been told you are under arrest. Pulling a weapon upgrades this to TK-21. |
| TK-13 | Assault on an officer or medic | Felony | 2,500 TD | 15 min | Striking or shooting someone you know is on duty. Stack the assault or murder charge with it. |
| TK-14 | Disarming an officer | Felony | 3,000 TD | 15 min | Taking a service weapon off a person in uniform during a scene. The weapon goes back to the armory. |
| TK-15 | Escape | Felony | 2,000 TD | 12 min | Breaking cuffs, leaving a cell, or running after you were already detained. This adds to the original charge. It does not replace it. |
| TK-16 | Harboring a fugitive | Misdemeanor | 1,500 TD | 10 min | Hiding a person you know is wanted, or driving them off after the crime is already done. |
| TK-17 | Aiding a felony | Felony | 2,000 TD | 12 min | Lookout, driver, or the one holding the bag while the crime is still happening. Standing nearby with no role is not this charge. |
| TK-18 | Vigilantism | Misdemeanor | 1,000 TD | 8 min | A civilian making arrests, hunting a suspect across town, or holding someone for the police without being asked. |
Deadly force by police is lawful only when a life is in immediate danger or a suspect is using deadly force. It still has to follow the server rules on initiation and value of life. A traffic fine is not a gunfight.
Crimes against people. Self-defense is legal when you were not the one who started the lethal force and you stop when the threat stops.
| Code | Offense | Class | Fine | Custody | In the scene |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| TK-20 | Assault | Misdemeanor | 750 TD | 8 min | A fistfight or a strike that is not a robbery and not self-defense. |
| TK-21 | Armed assault | Felony | 2,000 TD | 12 min | Attacking someone with a weapon when you are not taking property and not defending yourself. |
| TK-22 | Kidnapping | Felony | 3,000 TD | 15 min | Moving someone against their will and holding them away from the original scene. |
| TK-23 | Hostage taking | Felony | 3,000 TD | 15 min | Holding a person to force a demand. Releasing them when the demand is met is still this crime. Killing them is also TK-27. |
| TK-24 | Robbery | Felony | 2,000 TD | 12 min | Taking money or gear from a person by force or threat, without a firearm shown. |
| TK-25 | Armed robbery | Felony | 3,000 TD | 15 min | Robbery with a weapon visible or stated. The weapon is confiscated if it is illegal. |
| TK-26 | Attempted murder | Felony | 4,000 TD | 20 min | Lethal force that downs someone who survives. Self-defense is the exception, and you will need to say why. |
| TK-27 | Murder | Felony | 5,000 TD | 25 min | Killing someone who was not an active lethal threat. If there was no scene at all, staff also treat it as RDM. |
| TK-28 | Reckless endangerment | Felony | 3,000 TD | 15 min | Gunfire through a settlement, or explosives, where people who are not in your fight can be hit. |
| TK-29 | Attack on a town or post | Felony | 5,000 TD | 25 min | An organized assault on a settlement, a manned checkpoint line, or a government post. Leveling a town still needs staff approval under the server rules before anyone moves. |
Theft is a crime your character can be jailed for. It is not permission to break New Life, combat log, or loot a downed player outside the rules.
| Code | Offense | Class | Fine | Custody | In the scene |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| TK-30 | Petty theft | Misdemeanor | 500 TD | 5 min | Taking goods under 500 TD with no threat. Pay the fine or sit the time. Stolen goods go back. |
| TK-31 | Grand theft | Felony | 2,000 TD | 10 min | Theft at or above 500 TD, or any theft from a business stash or government store. |
| TK-32 | Vehicle theft | Felony | 2,500 TD | 10 min | Taking a vehicle you were not given. The vehicle is returned or impounded. Joyriding a locked service vehicle adds TK-70. |
| TK-33 | Burglary | Felony | 2,000 TD | 12 min | Breaking into a home, shop, or storeroom to steal. If people are threatened inside, add TK-24 or TK-25. |
| TK-34 | Vandalism | Misdemeanor | 1,000 TD | — | Wrecking a checkpoint, market stall, or civic vehicle without a fight that justifies it. |
| TK-35 | Possession of stolen goods | Misdemeanor | 1,000 TD | 8 min | Holding or selling gear you know came from a theft. The goods are seized. |
| TK-36 | Arson | Felony | 3,000 TD | 15 min | Setting fire to a building, a pump, a stall, or a civic vehicle. |
| TK-37 | Chop shop | Felony | 2,500 TD | 12 min | Stripping a stolen vehicle for parts, or hiding it to sell on. The hull and the parts are seized. |
| TK-38 | Emergency vehicle theft | Felony | 3,000 TD | 15 min | Taking a police, medic, or army vehicle. Heavier than ordinary vehicle theft. The vehicle is returned. |
| TK-39 | Sabotage | Felony | 4,000 TD | 18 min | Breaking a checkpoint, fuel point, radio mast, or other civic gear so the town cannot use it. |
Checkpoints are law. Stop, lights on at night, hands visible, follow the instruction. A checkpoint you blow through is TK-45, and fleeing after that is TK-11.
| Code | Offense | Class | Fine | Custody | In the scene |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| TK-40 | No driving license | Misdemeanor | 1,000 TD | Impound | Driving on a paved road or in town without a license. The car stays until the fine is paid or a licensed driver collects it. |
| TK-41 | Speeding in a settlement | Infraction | 250 TD | — | Over 40 km/h in Rasman, Garmsar, or any marked town. |
| TK-42 | Speeding on a paved road | Infraction | 400 TD | — | Over 90 km/h on a paved highway. Chasing someone does not raise the limit for civilians. |
| TK-43 | Reckless driving | Misdemeanor | 750 TD | Impound | Driving that puts people, a checkpoint, or a town street in real danger. Off-road included. |
| TK-44 | No lights at night | Infraction | 200 TD | — | Headlights off on a paved road after dark. Officers can stop you for it. |
| TK-45 | Ignoring a checkpoint | Misdemeanor | 1,000 TD | 8 min | Failing to stop at a manned, marked checkpoint. Fleeing after the order turns into TK-11. |
| TK-46 | Hit and run | Felony | 4,000 TD | 15 min | Leaving after you injure someone with a vehicle. Striking them on purpose is VDM under the server rules as well. |
| TK-47 | Military vehicle in town | Felony | 3,000 TD | 12 min | An armed or military vehicle in a settlement without a duty order. It is impounded. |
| TK-48 | Blocking a civic gate | Infraction | 300 TD | Tow | Parking that blocks a hospital bay, checkpoint lane, or fresh spawn. The vehicle can be moved. |
| TK-49 | Failure to yield | Infraction | 400 TD | — | Not pulling aside for a marked police or medic vehicle that is running a scene. |
| TK-140 | Wrong-way driving | Infraction | 300 TD | — | Driving against traffic on a paved road. The desert has no lane. A highway does. |
| TK-141 | Street racing | Misdemeanor | 1,000 TD | 8 min | A speed contest on a public road or through a town. The cars can be impounded. |
| TK-142 | Unsafe transport | Misdemeanor | 750 TD | — | People in a trunk, on a roof, or hanging out of a moving vehicle in a town. A cargo run of boxes is not this. |
| TK-143 | Driving impaired | Misdemeanor | 1,000 TD | 8 min | Operating a vehicle while your character is played as drunk or drugged. The vehicle can be impounded. |
| TK-144 | No visible vehicle mark | Infraction | 350 TD | — | Nothing an officer can write down: no plate, no painted name, no callsign, once the server uses them. Until then, describe the vehicle out loud and move on. |
| TK-145 | Passing a stopped patrol | Misdemeanor | 750 TD | — | Driving past a patrol car that is stopped with lights on and an officer out, instead of waiting. A marked medic on a real call may pass. |
| TK-146 | Unsecured load | Infraction | 400 TD | — | Crates, fuel, or scrap that can fall off a moving truck in a town or on a paved road. Tie it down or lose the fine. |
| TK-147 | Abandoned vehicle in town | Infraction | 300 TD | — | A car or truck left in a patrolled settlement with nobody coming back for it. Open desert parking is not this charge. |
| TK-148 | Driving through a market | Misdemeanor | 750 TD | 5 min | Taking a vehicle off the road and through stalls, a square, or a crowd. A marked police or medic truck on a real call may pass. |
| TK-149 | Driving the shoulder | Infraction | 250 TD | — | Using the dirt shoulder of a paved road to pass traffic or a checkpoint queue. Pulling over when ordered is not this charge. |
TK-140 and up are still traffic charges. They sit past the weapons block so a rifle charge and a road charge never share a number.
Civilians may carry a permitted pistol. Long guns stay slung and outside Rasman and Garmsar unless you are on a duty that requires one. Automatic weapons, launchers, and explosives are illegal in civilian hands everywhere.
| Code | Offense | Class | Fine | Custody | In the scene |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| TK-50 | Sidearm without a permit | Misdemeanor | 1,000 TD | — | Pistol found on a search or seen in town with no permit. It is confiscated. |
| TK-51 | Long gun in a patrolled town | Misdemeanor | 1,500 TD | 8 min | A rifle or shotgun carried in Rasman or Garmsar without a duty reason. Hunting permits do not cover this. |
| TK-52 | Automatic weapon or explosives | Felony | 4,000 TD | 15 min | Any automatic firearm, launcher, or explosive in civilian hands. Seized on the spot. |
| TK-53 | Brandishing | Misdemeanor | 1,000 TD | 8 min | Pointing or waving a legal weapon at people when you are not defending yourself and not making a lawful arrest. |
| TK-54 | Shots fired in a settlement | Felony | 2,500 TD | 12 min | Discharging a firearm inside a town with no legal self-defense claim. Police on a real call are exempt while the call is hot. |
| TK-55 | Arms trafficking | Felony | 5,000 TD | 18 min | Moving or selling illegal weapons in quantity. One spare pistol is TK-50. A crate is this. |
| TK-56 | Stolen service weapon | Felony | 3,000 TD | 15 min | Possessing a police or military weapon you were not issued. It goes back to the armory. |
| TK-57 | Armor in a patrolled town | Misdemeanor | 1,500 TD | 8 min | A plate carrier or combat helmet inside Rasman or Garmsar with no duty. It is seized. Police and army on shift are exempt. |
| TK-58 | Night vision or thermal | Felony | 2,500 TD | 10 min | Civilian possession of night vision or a thermal optic. Seized. Issued kit on a night patrol is not this charge. |
| TK-59 | Placed explosive | Felony | 5,000 TD | 20 min | A mine, charge, or bomb left on a road, a door, or a vehicle. In a town this is also TK-28. Staff still have to approve anything that would level a settlement. |
Narcotics are illegal. Hospital supplies used by medics on duty are not. Selling those supplies on the side is.
| Code | Offense | Class | Fine | Custody | In the scene |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| TK-60 | Possession of narcotics | Misdemeanor | 1,500 TD | 8 min | A personal amount on a search. The drugs are destroyed in the scene, not pocketed by the officer. |
| TK-61 | Trafficking | Felony | 5,000 TD | 15 min | Selling, or moving more than a personal amount for sale. Say which one you are charging so the suspect can play it. |
| TK-62 | Unlicensed medical resale | Misdemeanor | 1,000 TD | 8 min | Selling hospital supplies, blood, or medic kits you were not authorized to carry. |
| TK-63 | Smuggling | Felony | 4,000 TD | 15 min | Hiding contraband or illegal arms through a checkpoint or in a hauled load. The load is seized. Add TK-55 or TK-61 if that is what was in it. |
| TK-64 | Fuel or supply theft | Misdemeanor | 1,000 TD | 8 min | Taking fuel from a pump, a civic stockpile, or another player's can without a deal. |
| TK-65 | Illegal resource work | Misdemeanor | 1,000 TD | 8 min | Mining, logging, or scrapping on marked government ground with no resource permit. Unmarked desert is fair work. |
| TK-66 | Poaching | Misdemeanor | 750 TD | — | Hunting with no permit, or taking game inside a patrolled town. A hunting permit still does not make a rifle legal in the city. |
| TK-67 | Public intoxication | Infraction | 300 TD | — | Playing your character drunk enough to start fights or ignore a lawful order. One warning, then the fine. |
| TK-68 | Stolen military kit | Felony | 2,000 TD | 10 min | A uniform, radio, or piece of kit taken from a base or a body, then worn or sold. A full uniform used to give orders is also TK-08. |
| TK-69 | Open flame near fuel | Misdemeanor | 750 TD | 5 min | A fire, flare, or cigarette played next to a fuel pump, a fuel truck, or stored cans in town. Putting the flame out when told ends it at the fine. |
Narcotics charges. A personal amount is what one character could use, not a bag meant for sale. The drugs are destroyed in the scene. Officers do not keep them.
| Code | Offense | Class | Fine | Custody | In the scene |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| TK-160 | Cannabis possession | Misdemeanor | 750 TD | 5 min | A personal amount of cannabis. Cite TK-161 if it is packaged for sale. |
| TK-161 | Cannabis sale | Felony | 2,000 TD | 10 min | Selling cannabis, or holding more than a personal amount broken into sale bags. |
| TK-162 | Opium possession | Misdemeanor | 1,500 TD | 8 min | Raw opium or a personal dose. Hospital morphine issued to a medic on duty is not this charge. |
| TK-163 | Opium sale | Felony | 3,500 TD | 12 min | Selling opium, or moving a sale quantity. Add TK-63 if it was hidden through a checkpoint. |
| TK-164 | Processed narcotics | Felony | 4,000 TD | 12 min | Pills, powder, or a refined dose that is not a medic's issued supply. A personal amount of cannabis stays TK-160. |
| TK-165 | Drug lab | Felony | 5,000 TD | 15 min | A room, tent, or truck set up to cook or package narcotics. Everyone working the setup can be charged. The setup is seized. |
| TK-166 | Drug paraphernalia | Infraction | 400 TD | — | Scales, baggies, or a pipe kept for narcotics, with no drugs on the person. If the drugs are there, charge those instead of stacking this. |
| TK-167 | Drug house | Felony | 3,000 TD | 12 min | A house, shop, or compound in a patrolled town used to store or sell narcotics. Add the possession or sale charge for what is inside. |
| TK-168 | Transport of narcotics | Felony | 3,500 TD | 12 min | Driving or flying a load of narcotics. The driver and anyone who knew about the load. A hidden haul is also TK-63. |
| TK-169 | Under the influence of narcotics | Misdemeanor | 750 TD | 5 min | Playing the character high in a patrolled town or behind the wheel. Drunk in public stays TK-67. Driving drunk or high is also TK-143. |
| TK-170 | Sale in a patrolled town | Felony | 4,000 TD | 12 min | Handing off narcotics for pay inside Rasman or Garmsar. A desert sale with no town around is TK-161 or TK-163. |
| TK-171 | Possession with intent to sell | Felony | 3,000 TD | 12 min | A sale quantity, scales, or separate bags, even if no buyer was there yet. One personal dose is not this charge. |
A curfew exists only when police or staff announce it in character. Until that announcement, there is no curfew to break.
| Code | Offense | Class | Fine | Custody | In the scene |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| TK-70 | Trespass | Misdemeanor | 1,000 TD | 8 min | Entering a marked government interior, hospital staff area, armory, or military post without a reason to be there. |
| TK-71 | Curfew violation | Misdemeanor | 500 TD | 5 min | On the street after a curfew has been announced. Travel for medical help, or going to a home on that block, is a defense if you can say so. |
| TK-72 | Disorderly conduct | Infraction | 400 TD | — | A public fight or threat that is shutting down a market or road and has not risen to assault. One warning, then the fine. |
| TK-73 | Forgery | Misdemeanor | 1,500 TD | 10 min | Fake licenses, fake cargo papers, or a badge you printed yourself. The paper is taken. The underlying crime still applies. |
| TK-74 | Masked in a patrolled town | Infraction | 400 TD | — | A covered face in Rasman or Garmsar after an officer tells you to uncover. A medic on duty is exempt. |
| TK-75 | Unlawful assembly | Misdemeanor | 750 TD | 5 min | Three or more armed people in a town who refuse to disperse after a lawful order. |
| TK-76 | Riot | Felony | 2,000 TD | 12 min | That group damaging people or property after they were told to disperse. |
| TK-77 | Civilian checkpoint | Felony | 2,500 TD | 12 min | Stopping traffic, searching vehicles, or demanding papers when you are not police. A friendly wave-down is not a checkpoint. A rifle and a search is. |
| TK-78 | Interfering with a scene | Misdemeanor | 800 TD | 8 min | Walking into an active police or medic scene after you were told to stay back. |
| TK-79 | Incitement | Misdemeanor | 1,000 TD | 8 min | Publicly pushing a crowd to attack police, a shop, or a checkpoint. |
Police and medics are characters. A badge does not erase a robbery. Organized corruption still needs a staff okay under the server rules before the plot starts. Once it is discovered, these charges exist.
| Code | Offense | Class | Fine | Custody | In the scene |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| TK-80 | Official misconduct | Felony | 3,000 TD | 15 min | Theft, assault, or a search you cannot justify, done in uniform. Stack the ordinary crime underneath it. |
| TK-81 | Evidence tampering | Felony | 2,500 TD | 12 min | Planting contraband, pocketing seized drugs or guns, or destroying evidence to protect someone. Pocketing seizures is also a server-rule issue. |
| TK-82 | Dereliction | Misdemeanor | — | Scene only | Leaving an active call you accepted, with no relief and no reason. Repeated cases become a staff conversation, not a longer joke sentence. |
| TK-83 | Unauthorized rogue action | Felony | — | 20 min | Using the uniform, armory, or radio for a personal war. This charge assumes the server-rule approval was missing or was exceeded. |
| TK-84 | False dispatch | Felony | 2,000 TD | 10 min | Sending police or medics to a fake call on the emergency net, or giving orders your rank does not have. |
| TK-85 | Abuse of pursuit tools | Felony | 2,000 TD | 10 min | Spikes, a roadblock, or a PIT by someone who is not on a live police pursuit. On-duty police in a real chase may use them within the server rules. |
| TK-86 | Armory theft | Felony | 4,000 TD | 18 min | Taking weapons or kit from a police or army armory. A service weapon still on you is also TK-56. |
| TK-87 | Pocketing a fine | Felony | 2,000 TD | 10 min | An officer taking the dinar and not writing the citation. The money is seized. The original stop can still be written properly by another officer. |
| TK-88 | Sleeping a post | Misdemeanor | 500 TD | 5 min | Leaving a checkpoint, a cell, or a gate with nobody on it while you are the one assigned. A relief who is late is not your charge. |
| TK-89 | Unlogged seizure | Misdemeanor | 750 TD | — | Taking a weapon, radio, or vehicle and not saying what it was or where it went. The item still has to be turned in. |
Warrants, names, and the Rasman court. A court scene is still a scene: one advocate if one is free, then a decision the same session. Lying to staff in a Discord ticket is a server rule, not a charge on this list.
| Code | Offense | Class | Fine | Custody | In the scene |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| TK-90 | No citizen card | Infraction | 250 TD | — | No card in a patrolled town once cards are being issued. Until then, officers use the name from TK-02 and do not write this charge. |
| TK-91 | False identity | Misdemeanor | 1,000 TD | 8 min | Giving a name, job, or unit that is not yours once you are detained. |
| TK-92 | Outstanding warrant | Misdemeanor | The unpaid fine | The unpaid time | A fine or custody you already owe and walked away from. Officers may take you in for the original charge. Do not stack a second full sentence on top. |
| TK-93 | Failure to appear | Misdemeanor | 1,000 TD | 8 min | Skipping a court scene you agreed to, or were ordered to attend, in Rasman. |
| TK-94 | Contempt | Misdemeanor | 500 TD | 5 min | Shouting down the court after one warning from the officer running it. |
| TK-95 | Witness intimidation | Felony | 2,000 TD | 12 min | Threatening someone so they will not tell police or the court what their character saw. |
| TK-96 | Perjury | Misdemeanor | 1,500 TD | 10 min | Lying in a court scene about what your character saw or did. This is in-character. A lie in a staff ticket is handled on the rules page. |
| TK-97 | Skipped court date | Misdemeanor | 1,000 TD | 8 min | Missing a Rasman date you were told, with no word to the clerk. The original case is still heard. This charge is the absence. |
| TK-98 | False citation | Felony | 2,000 TD | 10 min | An officer writing a charge for a scene that did not happen. A mistake corrected before it is filed is not this. |
| TK-99 | Coaching a witness | Misdemeanor | 1,000 TD | 8 min | Telling someone what to say in a court scene, or paying them to change it. An advocate explaining the charge is not this. |
Jobs, stalls, and cargo. A handshake deal between two players is not a business. A public stall, a named crew, or a checkpoint haul is. Item duplication is a server rule, not a fine you can pay off.
| Code | Offense | Class | Fine | Custody | In the scene |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| TK-100 | No business license | Infraction | 500 TD | — | Selling from a shop, stall, or named crew once licenses are being issued. Friend-to-friend sales are not this. |
| TK-101 | Haul without a permit | Misdemeanor | 1,000 TD | — | A commercial cargo run through a checkpoint with no hauling permit. The load can be held until the fine or the permit is sorted. |
| TK-102 | Fraud | Felony | 2,000 TD | 10 min | A fake contract or a sale you never meant to honor, played as a con. The other player still has to have a chance to refuse the deal. |
| TK-103 | Extortion | Felony | 2,500 TD | 12 min | Demanding payment to leave a business, a driver, or a block alone. If weapons are out, add TK-24 or TK-25. |
| TK-104 | Marked government goods | Misdemeanor | 1,200 TD | 8 min | Fuel, medical crates, or supply boxes with a civic mark, held with no duty reason. The goods go back. |
| TK-105 | Unlicensed medical practice | Misdemeanor | 1,000 TD | 8 min | Running a clinic, or charging for treatment, when you are not a medic on duty. Helping a friend in the moment is not this charge. |
| TK-106 | Theft from an employer | Misdemeanor | 1,000 TD | 8 min | Skimming a job payout, a company vehicle, or a stash you were trusted with. |
| TK-107 | Unlicensed market stall | Infraction | 400 TD | — | Selling from a stall in Rasman or Garmsar with no trader permit. A one-time handoff between friends is not a stall. |
| TK-108 | Gouging under curfew | Misdemeanor | 1,000 TD | 5 min | Doubling the price of fuel, food, or medicine after police have announced a curfew. Ordinary prices the rest of the time are not this charge. |
| TK-109 | Broken haul | Misdemeanor | 750 TD | — | Taking pay for a cargo run and keeping the load, or dumping it. A truck lost to a real ambush is not this charge. |
Reforger puts helicopters and long-range nets in the same desert as the trucks. Aircraft charges apply once flying is actually open on the server. Until then, officers do not invent a pilot license to write a ticket.

| TK-110 | No pilot license | Misdemeanor | 1,500 TD | Ground the aircraft | Flying without a license once aircraft are open. The aircraft is impounded if you land it, or you are ordered to set it down. |
| TK-111 | Restricted airspace | Felony | 2,000 TD | 10 min | Low flight over Rasman, Garmsar, a military post, or a manned checkpoint after a warning, or landing inside a town. |
| TK-112 | Reckless flying | Felony | 2,500 TD | 12 min | Buzzing a road, landing on a highway, or using the aircraft to hurt someone. Using it as a weapon is also vehicle deathmatch under the server rules. |
| TK-113 | Emergency net abuse | Misdemeanor | 750 TD | 5 min | Cluttering the emergency or police channel during a live call. Chatter, threats, or stepping on medics who are trying to work. |
| TK-114 | Unissued service radio | Felony | 1,500 TD | 10 min | A police or army radio you were not issued. Fake orders on it are also TK-84. The radio is seized. |
| TK-115 | Low pass over a town | Misdemeanor | 1,000 TD | 5 min | Flying a helicopter or plane low over Rasman or Garmsar with no emergency. A medic ship on a real call may pass. |
| TK-116 | Landing in a settlement | Felony | 1,500 TD | 8 min | Setting an aircraft down in a street, a square, or on a roof inside a patrolled town. The marked field is the place to land. |
| TK-117 | Weapon on a civilian aircraft | Felony | 2,000 TD | 10 min | A gun, rocket, or bomb fitted to an aircraft that is not an issued military ship. The aircraft is seized. |
| TK-118 | False mayday | Felony | 2,000 TD | 10 min | Calling a crash, a shootdown, or a rescue that is not happening, so aircraft or medics divert. |
| TK-119 | Stepping on the command net | Misdemeanor | 750 TD | 5 min | Talking over a live command or flight channel after you were told to clear it. Chatter on an open civilian net is not this charge. |
Crews, convoys, and the ground outside the three towns. A gang can exist. It cannot run a private police force, and it cannot park an armed camp on a marked government post.
| Code | Offense | Class | Fine | Custody | In the scene |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| TK-120 | Armed group in a town | Felony | 2,000 TD | 10 min | More than four civilians moving together, armed, inside a patrolled town. Split up, or leave the long guns outside. |
| TK-121 | Attack on a convoy | Felony | 4,000 TD | 18 min | Hitting a marked police, medic, army, or permitted cargo convoy. Add robbery or murder if those happened in the same scene. |
| TK-122 | Protection racket | Felony | 2,500 TD | 12 min | A crew charging shopkeepers or drivers for safety. Cite TK-103 instead when it is one person and one demand, not an ongoing crew tax. |
| TK-123 | Uniform you were not issued | Misdemeanor | 1,000 TD | 8 min | Wearing a full police, medic, or army uniform without the job. Giving orders in it is TK-08. The uniform is taken. |
| TK-124 | Camp on restricted ground | Felony | 2,000 TD | 12 min | An armed camp on marked military or government ground. Add the weapons charges if the guns are illegal. |
| TK-125 | Looting a body in town | Misdemeanor | 1,000 TD | 8 min | Stripping a downed or dead person inside a patrolled town. Police searching an arrest, and medics treating someone, are the exception. Outside town, the server rules still decide looting. |
| TK-126 | Contraband in custody | Misdemeanor | 1,000 TD | 8 min extra | A weapon, radio, or lock tool brought into a cell or found on someone already detained. The extra time stacks on the sentence they are serving. It does not replace it. |
| TK-127 | Jailbreak | Felony | 3,000 TD | 15 min | Attacking a cell, a prisoner transport, or the court to free someone. People who run from inside are TK-15, not this charge. |
| TK-128 | Unpermitted armed column | Felony | 2,500 TD | 12 min | Three or more armed vehicles moving together through a patrolled area with no army or police permit. A single truck is not a column. |
| TK-129 | Safe house in town | Felony | 2,000 TD | 12 min | A room or compound in Rasman or Garmsar kept for hiding people, guns, or stolen loads. Add the contraband charges for what is inside. |
| TK-130 | Roof lookout | Misdemeanor | 750 TD | 5 min | Posted on a roof or tower to warn a crew that police are coming. Being on your own roof with no radio and no crew is not this charge. |
Infractions and non-violent misdemeanors can be paid at the listed fine instead of custody, at the officer's discretion. Say the choice out loud so the suspect can answer. Violent felonies go to custody. That includes TK-21 through TK-29, armed robbery, evading that injured someone, sabotage, placed explosives, a convoy attack, and a jailbreak. They are not a roadside buyout.
A suspect who disputes a felony can ask for the Rasman court. That is a scene, not a pause button: one advocate if one is free, a ranking officer or staff member if the shift has one, and a decision in the same session. New Life does not erase a sentence you already started serving.
